Writing Your Second Draft: Better, Stronger, Deeper

August 14 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT

    $15.00 (early bird) | Fiction

It’s time to revise your first draft, but where to begin? Focusing on five key elements will help you rewrite a better, deeper book.

You’ve completed the first draft (or are on the way!)–but you know you need to identify and prioritize rewrites to turn a so-so first draft into a much sharper second draft. Learn the essential methodology that shows what to tackle first and how to organize several facets of a draft that need attention. With a detailed chart, we’ll break down a complex morass into a manageable, motivated process. Ideal for authors who feel daunted by the revision process, this webinar will show you where to begin, how to order the tasks to be done, and help you dive into a productive revision process.

 In this webinar you will…
  • GET EQUIPPED with a methodology for managing the revision process, in an easy-to-follow chart
  • LEARN the five core elements to organize a revision
  • GAIN the confidence to tackle a full-length revision, and understand how and where to start

This webinar is ideal for…

  • First-time novelists with a completed draft, who need help with how to revise.
  • Experienced novelists struggling to rewrite productively.
  • Writers who hate and dread the revision process–but know they need to make their book as good as it can be.
